You spend so much of your time tending to everyone else’s needs—what would it feel like to gift yourself just 12 hours next year?
Twelve hours in the company of like-minded women walking a similar path.
Twelve hours of slowing down, listening to your inner wisdom, and sharing from the heart.
Twelve hours of learning from other women, feeling seen and heard, and realizing you are not alone.

These gatherings have become some of my most treasured moments of the year and that’s why I’m so excited to open up another year of women’s circles starting January 7, 2026.
We meet online, I introduce the month’s theme, you journal, and then we come together to share. That’s the heart of a women’s circle—simple, grounding, and deeply meaningful. No previous experience is needed. Only an open heart and curious mind are required!
Awakening 2026’s Magic with Water
Picture yourself at a favorite waterside vista. One of mine is Fort Williams Park in Cape Elizabeth. As the path meanders by the ocean, I am mesmerized by the powerful wave action on the rocks below, and especially around Portland Head Light. On a clear day, the horizon stretches far beyond my field of vision and that sense of expansiveness calls to me, as if to say:
“Give me your problems. Say them out loud, into the wind. I will transform them into mist, into sea spray, into the dew on the next warm spring morning.”
What is “Blue Mind” and How Can It Help You?
This year we dive into themes inspired by the element of water found near the sea, ocean, lake, river, or stream. There is a concept called the “Blue Mind,” where just being near, or thinking about open or running water has a calming effect. I first read about this in my new oracle deck, Sea Soul Journeys, and then Googled to find Blue Mind: The Surprising Science That Shows How Being Near, In, On, or Under Water Can Make You Happier, Healthier, More Connected, and Better at What You Do. This groundbreaking-book is backed up with neuroscience, and I can’t wait to read it this coming holiday break!
