Women’s Circles. Ancient wisdom in modern times.
This ancient practice of gathering to support each other is powerful. Yet in our high-tech online world, ironically, we feel more isolated than ever before and crave connections.
Women's Circles are my passion.
Last year I attended the Sistership Circle Leadership program, and I was hooked. Witnessing the power of women gathering to support each other, share their wisdom, and learn new coping techniques is a blessing that I hold close to my heart.
I invite you to be a part of this global experience!
Clarity Circles
My signature program is Clarity Circles, a divine gathering of like-minded soul sisters. These women may become your next best friends!
While the flow of Clarity Circles follows a pattern, each circle is unique as the women who attend.
We meet online, on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm, (ET) and run for about an hour.

2024 Summer Women’s Circle

Summer Women’s Circles are held in person, and are totally immersed in nature!
Picture yourself setting up your beach chair alongside other Circle Sisters. The birds are singing. Gentle waves of the Atlantic Ocean create a rhythmic backdrop. In the center of the circle is a beautiful altar of flowers and candles. Each one is unique for each gathering.
We begin with a grounding exercise to fully drop into the surroundings.
Listen.
Do you hear the waves lapping along the shoreline? The seagulls cry off in the distance. Birds chirping a blissful serenade.
Once Circle is open, we’ll discuss the topic of the week and practice mindfulness techniques that will enhance the subject.
We’ll move. Draw healthy boundaries in the sand. Adorn our hair with flower petals. Dance. Settle in. Journal. Share and conclude the Circle with a guided meditation or reading.
Before you know it, it’s time to leave.

How to Prepare for the Zoom call:
Be in a space free from distractions or technology.
Dress comfortably.
Come with an open mind and heart.
Bring a journal, candle to light and something to drink like tea or flavored water.
What We Talk About
Each circle focuses on a topic that is in sync with the time of season and most likely takes a cue from the phase and energy of the moon.
Sometimes we’ll have gentle movement that you can do sitting or standing.
There is an opportunity to share your thoughts or questions. Or not. It’s all totally up to you!
You can expect a guided meditation that will expand and enhance the subject. You can close your eyes during this time or keep a soft gaze.
I like to close our circle with a reading or poem, often one that I have written.
A Brief Description of the Circle
Clarity Circles are a safe space to express your feelings.
You will be a part of a lovely community of supporting souls.
You may feel lighter and more joyful after a circle.
You’ll learn how to beam support to each Sister. (We do not give advice or feedback.)
Do I Have to Share?
Everything is optional. Share as much or as little as you want. That’s the beauty of these gatherings, you are in charge, and decide what your experience is.
